Where can I buy your products?
You can purchase your Bam&Bloom piece right here from our online store! Unfortunately we do not sell directly from our warehouse.
How long does delivery take?
We aim to have our products dispatched within 2-3 working days. We will be using Royal Mail
I want to return my purchase, what now?
Oh no, we are sorry to hear that! You can find any information you need regarding returns here.
Can I change my delivery address after I have placed an order?
In order to ensure the fastest delivery possible we have our orders dispatched from our warehouse automatically, this means that there is very little time to make changes to delivery details. If you notice that you have made a mistake with a delivery address you need to contact us asap and we will endeavor to try and make the change for you.

Can I send an item to someone else as a gift?
Of course you can, what a fantastic gift!

Just make sure you enter their details into the address section when making your order. Don’t worry we do not send invoices with our orders so the price will remain our secret!

Our items have all been lovingly hand packed and will make for beautiful gifts!
Do you pack the tables so that they do not break in transit?
Of course! Each table is lovingly hand packed by our professional delivery team to ensure your goods are safe and secure throughout the entire delivery chain.
When I register with you, what happens to my information?
When you register with us, we will be able to keep you up to date regarding new arrivals, news and promotions.

Where does your rattan come from?
Our rattan is sourced from sustainably managed forests in Vietnam.

Unlike large, slow-growing trees, rattan grows quickly and can be harvested within a few years, making it a renewable resource. The vines grow on big, hardwood trees which means that in order to grow rattan these trees need to be actively protected. By sourcing rattan responsibly, we not only ensure the best quality wood for our tables but also promote the longevity of this precious resource and contribute to the biodiversity of tropical forests. By engaging in sustainable harvesting, we are also supporting local communities and protecting the fragile balance between economic growth and environmental protection.
How do I clean my table?
Our tables are designed with your time in mind, and as such, are a total breeze to clean!

Dust with a soft, dry cloth. For a deeper clean, use a damp cloth and dry thoroughly. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive tools.

Our rattan is treated to prevent pests. If you notice any, clean with a mild water-vinegar solution and let it dry fully.

Can I use my table outside?
Yes of course! Our tables are perfect for picnics, glamping or as a handy surface out in the sun.

However, please ensure that your table is taken inside when not in use (or when the rain arrives) as water and weather damage will be harmful to the rattan.
